Its contact and quote forms send messages by email; its separate distribution application form currently prepares a downloadable brief. The website does not accept online orders, process payments or establish a supply agreement.

A successful submission means the email service accepted the message for sending; it does not confirm that the team has read it or agreed to a transaction.
